Functie

• You lead a multinational accounting team alongside with your team leads, fostering collaboration and professional growth in a virtual work environment. You cultivate a culture of excellence, adapt to diverse cultural perspectives, and leverage technology for effective remote teamwork. Additionally, you oversee the organization's accounting functions, ensuring robust processes across various areas such as transactional cash & collections, record to report, and purchase to pay.
• You drive initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency of accounting operations, leveraging process optimization and automation to reduce cycle times and increase accuracy, including drafting operational procedures and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for internal stakeholders.
• You guarantee the accuracy of financial transactions and declarations with international and national standards.
• You support the integration of new technology and systems to streamline and optimize accounting operations.
• You work closely with other finance functions and business teams to ensure seamless operations and achievement of broader organizational goals.
• You are an integral member of our finance leadership team, contributing to the development and execution of our client's finance strategy.

Jouw profiel

• You have a master's degree in finance, or a related field coupled with a solid experience in a finance management role within an international setting.

• You are willing to occasionally travel to various sites of our client (max 20%).

• Het budget voor de liquiditeiten opstellen volgens de boekhoudkundige en financiële gegevens van de organisatie en de historiek van haar activiteiten
• De financieringsbehoeften of financiële mogelijkheden van de organisatie bepalen en aangepaste acties uitvoeren (kredietlijn, investering, ...)
• Partners (bank, factoringbedrijf, ...) en oplossingen zoeken voor importfinanciering of exportinning
• De activiteiten van een team coördineren
• De liquiditeiten ramen rekening houdend met financiële schuldratio's, solvabiliteitsratio's, het werkkapitaal, ...
• Bankrelaties opvolgen (geldstromen, openen van rekeningen, ...) en bijdragen tot de kostenonderhandelingen met de financieel directeur
• De in- en uitgaande financiële stromen van de organisatie evalueren en de verwerkings- en beveiligingsprocedures bepalen
• Technische ondersteuning bieden op het vlak van geschillen en financiële constructies voor een fusie, een overname van een dochtermaatschappij, ...
• De financiële kwetsbaarheid van de organisatie opsporen en aanbevelingen doen aan het beheer
• Het saldo van de liquiditeiten opvolgen en er de boekhoudkundige verwerking van controleren
• Liquiditeitsstortingen uitvoeren op de rekeningen van de dochtermaatschappijen van de groep
  Interne facturen betalen en aan de boekhouding overmaken voor consolidatie
• Een kredietbeleid voor de klanten opstellen en uitvoeren (solvabiliteitscontrole, garanties, uitstaande bedragen, ...)
• Procedures voor het liquiditeitenbeheer opstellen en toepassen en de boekhoudkundige procedures controleren
