Mission & responsibilities:

The Procurement Team of DKV and ERGO Belgium is looking for an organized, detail-oriented, driven, and positive person to take the role as Third Party Management Function.

You will be involved in the selection of external suppliers, conducting diligence process, assessing risk, onboarding and overseeing end-to-end management of Third Parties (TP).

Ensuring the benefits are delivered in a cost-effective, compliant, and efficient manner. Ensuring that the TP meet the company's standards and expectations in terms of quality and reliability.

This role manages the relationship between ERGO/DKV and the TP

  • Define the TP requirements with the internal stakeholders
  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers conducting thorough due diligence to ensure alignment with the DKV /ERGO group policy and guidelines.
  • Identify and evaluate the risks and opportunities associated with the TP relationships and provide recommendations for mitigation and improvement.
  • Coordinate the onboarding of new TP and coordinate with the internal stakeholders.
  • Organize regular audits and reviews of the TP, using internal and external resources.
  • Manage the communication and escalation of issues and incidents related to the TP and ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with the internal stakeholders and the TP and act as primary point of contact for any queries or concerns.
  • Monitor, analyse and report TP performance and quality to identify trends and areas of improvement.
  • Ensure key TP processes are fully documented.
  • Monitor and manage internal and external TP compliance controls
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and insurance industry trends affecting vendor management & outsourcing.


Requirements:

  • You obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics or a related field
  • You benefit from minimum 5 years of experience in TP Vendor management within an international environment, preferably in the insurance sector
  • You have strong project management skills, and apply a proactive and problem-solving attitude
  • You have strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch or French
