Robert Half Management Technology is currently looking for a Netsuite Project Manager (m/f/x) for a 6 to 12 months assignment.

The company is based near Antwerp.

As Netsuite Project Manager you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Business processes and application requirements:

• You design the new business processes and/or analyse and document the existing business processes
• You develop the requirements to support the TO BE Business Processes with ERP or in house developed application
• You define additional features needed for the applications

User training and support:

• You develop documentation for the training as supporting information to users
• You provide training to users
• You provide support to users
• You determine the budget and planning of the project based on scope and goal
• You lead the execution of the project within scope, time and cost
• You report the progress of the project

The requested qualifications for this Netsuite Project manager ad interim position include:

• You have a good knowledge of BPMN, analysis in the form of use cases depending on project to project, experience with Agile and Scrum is a plus
• You are able to clearly describe the desired or already existing processes and are experienced in writing out end-to-end tests
• You make decisions based on (un)complete information and initiate targeted actions to implement the decisions. You are good at setting priorities
• You are solution-oriented and have a can-do mentality
• You are a negotiator who can quickly undermine conflicts
