(Senior) Officer - Accounts Payable and Treasury

In the context of a strong development of its business and significant growth, our clients is looking to strengthen the team in charge if Fund Administration. Robert Half is currently recruiting a (Senior) Officer - Accounts Payable and Treasury (m/f/x).

Our client is a leading PE firm focusing on Infrastructure investment (energy, transportation, digital etc.) and manage 30 Billion AUM. The company has a global presence, offices in various location and employees +/- 200 people worldwide.

In your role you will report to the Head of SPV. Your main responsibilities will be:

Accounts payable

  • Ensure the processing of approximately 4,000 invoices per year, from upload in the invoice processing system to payment, via the various approval steps;
  • Ensure maintenance of vendor & banking relationships;
  • Maintain a master vendors list with secured storage of bank details;
  • Liaise with legal teams and investment teams to ensure the vendor engagement documentation has been stored adequately.
  • Organize and supervise the work of back-up persons

Treasury management

  • Monitoring of bank accounts balances and preparation of weekly cash report
  • Working with finance, legal and compliance teams for bank account set up for new entities, to ensure all bank accounts are properly onboarded into global treasury processes and platforms;

Projects

  • Collaborate to the implementation of a global multi-banking system
  • Develop treasury monitoring dashboards
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of the invoice processing system

Required Experience and Skills

  • Experience in accounts payable and/or treasury management of at least 5 years;
  • Knowledge of the alternative investment industry would be a plus;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Good knowledge of the English (oral and writing);
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft office, particularly Excel. Knowledge of eFront and integrated banking systems (Connexis, JPM Access, Kyriba) would be a plus;
  • Ability to build and develop relationships with internal/external stakeholders
  • Good attention to detail and high-level quality standards;
  • Rigorous, pro-active, well organized, autonomous, solution driven and proactive;
  • You work with flexibility and are a strong team player.
