Robert Half is looking for a Delivery, Conducting Officer (m/f/x) for a permanent contract in Luxembourg.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a great client experience across all funds in line with company standards, procedures and guidelines
  • Work with Service Providers and key internal stakeholders to implement, monitor and maintain service level agreements and analyze key performance indicators to ensure service delivery of our UCI administration and domiciliation and corporate services functions
  • Be empowered to effectively direct the business, but also that of the managers of the various business functions (i.e. key functions) of the institution
  • Act as the first point of escalation for internal and external operational related queries and liaise with Service providers to resolve and report issues in a timely manner
  • Be responsible for financial performance of the team including team billing and debtor management
  • Responsible for supervising the client communication function of the UCI administration business
  • Responsible for staff retention and development of team
  • Act as a higher authority on technical client specific matters
  • Take responsibility for own personal development, in line with agreed annual performance objectives
  • Oversight of administration and accounting teams
  • Oversight of the workflow of the team
  • Oversight and authorise outgoing correspondence and documentation (any media) of the team
  • Responsibility for the financial management of the team
  • Responsibility for ensuring that team accounting deadlines and review deadlines are met
  • Development/enhancement of team specific procedures
  • Responsibility for a portfolio of clients (including complex and high touch clients)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the differing requirements/ processes for high risk clients
  • Liaising with all intermediaries and external agents such as new business introducers, legal advisors, and auditors in respect of team clients
  • Liaise with new clients, business introducers and intermediaries
  • Assist with the client acceptance process for new clients
  • Develop and nurture partnerships with local institutions, governmental authorities, auditors, mancos, depositaries and other ecosystem players.
  • Involvement in writing the annual business plan and responsibility for reviewing, monitoring and reporting on it
  • Involvement in the budget process and monitoring thereof
  • Ensure fee arrangements are appropriate and remain so
  • Act as an authorised signatory of the Professional of the Financial Sector entity
  • Potentially act as director of Luxembourg intra-group entities and client entities

Experience Requirements:

  • Must possess adequate professional experience by virtue of having previously carried out similar activities at a high level of responsibility and autonomy
  • Have at least 5 years of relevant experience in the investment fund industry
  • Ideally hold a university degree, preferably in economics, legal, or finance
  • Knowledge of alternative investment funds would be an advantage
  • Very strong customer orientation, solution-orientation and proactivity
  • Very good organisational and communication skills, with an ability to work independently
  • Excellent team spirit, availability and flexibility
  • Excellent communication skills, with strong professional English language capability
