Job Description: General Manager for an Exclusive Members Bar venue
Location: Brussels
Salary: €3500 - €4500
As an Elite Club Manager, your role is to oversee the operations and ensure the exclusive, high-quality experience for members within the elite club.
You'll be responsible for maintaining the club's prestige, managing its facilities, and curating exceptional services for a discerning clientele.
The role:
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement strategies to maintain the club's exclusivity, enhance member experience, and attract new elite clientele.
Member Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential members, understanding their preferences, needs, and expectations.
Operational Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations, including staff management, scheduling, and ensuring high service standards across all areas.
Facility Maintenance:
Ensure the club facilities are well-maintained, meeting the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
Event Planning:
Organize exclusive events, gatherings, and experiences tailored to the tastes and preferences of the elite clientele.
Financial Management:
Create and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and seek opportunities to increase revenue streams while maintaining the club's exclusivity.
Staff Training and Development:
Train, mentor, and motivate staff to provide exceptional service and uphold the club's standards.
Marketing and Membership Growth:
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies aimed at attracting and retaining elite members.
Experience:
Previous managerial experience in a high-end hospitality environment or exclusive club setting.
Customer-Centric Approach: A deep understanding of elite clientele expectations and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities to guide staff towards maintaining high standards.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with members, staff, and external stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Ability to address challenges swiftly and efficiently while maintaining the club's reputation and standards.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure every aspect of the club meets the highest standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Certification in Club Management or relevant professional qualifications.
