CRM CONSULTANT / BUSINESS ANALYST AT DIGITAL HIVE Digital Hive is a consultancy specialised in CRM, Digital Marketing and Data. JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for enthusiastic team-players to join our CRM unit to assist and consult our clients in their various digital initiatives. Ideally, candidates should have a healthy portion of analytical skills, business mindset, and an interest to drive digital transformations where people, processes and technologies are connected. You will work within a team of colleagues and clients to improve the digital processes of our customers and will play a crucial link between business and IT. Your role will involve identifying business needs, implementing solutions, and providing ongoing support throughout the project Your role will be dynamic and challenging with possibilities to continuously learn, as CRM is very innovative and continuously evolving. We mainly work with Salesforce and Microsoft, platforms that advance rapidly, necessitating our team to consistently stay informed about the latest trends and developments. At Digital Hive, Your role will involve identifying business needs, implementing solutions, and providing ongoing support throughout projects. have the chance to actively dive into the evolving CRM landscape, learn multiple technologies, and ensure your skills are up to date and aligned with industry advancements. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Perform business analysis to asses the customer’s needs and translate these business needs to functional deliverables which drive projects to completion Closely collaborate with the development team to ensure the successful delivery of functionalities Conduct end-user training sessions, organise engaging demo sessions, provide customer support pre and post go-live and prepare user acceptance testing Optimize CRM environments and business processes to enhance system efficiency Make contributions to internal structure, processes and topics that interest you Represent Digital Hive on different communities/events/training courses Stay on top of the CRM and industry trends DESIRED PROFILE Bachelor’s degree, university degree or master’s degree (preferred, but not necessary in Business, Economics or Marketing) Two years of work experience as a CRM consultant (Microsoft, Salesforce, Veeva;

already certified ) Ability to work independently while being a team player and effective problem-solver High degree of accuracy, logical thinker, and a business mindset Pro-active and strong communicative skills Values respect, transparency, and commitment Travel is a possibility (mainly Portugal & Europe) Already living and working in Belgium ( required ) WHAT WE OFFER Join our modern company and enjoy a work-life balance in an inspiring and enjoyable environment.
