Robert HalfTalent Solutions is currently looking for a HR Officer for a permanent position based in Diegem.

Our client is a fast growing company active in the chemical sector.

As HR Officer you will be responsible for:

• Act as a liaison between the HR Department and other departments within the organisation, ensure smooth communication and effective implementation of HR Initiatives. Assist the VP HR in the implementation of HR projects, especially for the region Germany / Switzerland;
• Participate in the development and implementation of training programs designed to enhance employee skills and promote corporate values;
• HR Partner for Brussels Office : answer to questions raised by employees, organize local events, faciliate the rollout of coporate HR policies and practices at the local level;
• Handle ad-hoc tasks.

The required profile for the HR Officer position:

• Bachelor degree in Human resources, The knowledge about labour legislation in Belgium and in Germany is a plus;
• Proven experience in an HR position;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work in a multicultural environment;
• Good knowledge of German, English and Dutch or French.
