Business Angels Europe (BAE) serves as the European Confederation of Angel Investing, uniting various European Business Angels' Federations and Trade associations. Our goal is to foster a robust angel investing community across Europe. Join us as the Head of Operations and influence the angel investing landscape in Europe. You'll be instrumental in creating a connected and supportive ecosystem for angel investors. Location: Belgium, Brussels region. YOUR ROLE In this role, you will: Promote angel investing growth across Europe, targeting individuals capable of supporting small businesses, with a focus on expanding to new countries. Manage EU-funded programs aimed at building a connected ecosystem for angel investing, with a special emphasis on fostering diversity in entrepreneurship. Lead member activities, enhancing relations and forming strategic partnerships throughout Europe. Advocate for favorable fiscal and regulatory policies that benefit angel investing at EU and national levels. Collaborate with European institutions and member networks to facilitate knowledge exchange and deal-making. Engage in policy discussions, offering insights and guidance to members. Report directly to the Board of Directors and President of BAE. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We seek a candidate with: A master's degree in business management, finance, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of project management experience, preferably in EU-funded projects within the startup or investment ecosystem. Strong multitasking and organizational skills with decent accuracy in reporting. Ability to work well under pressure with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
