Freelance Accountant | PROVIDING TRAINING IN P2P PROCESS

Functie

In your role you support and train internal and external customers on Procure to Pay (P2P) processes .

  • Manage and train users on P2P procedures.
  • Ensure compliance in bookings and financial transactions.
  • Create and analyze reports, suggesting improvements.
  • Participate in projects for new products and services.

Furthermore:

  • Understand specific processes and products and handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and tickets. Ensure timely processing of purchase requisitions and resolve issues.
  • Proactively manage workflows to prevent overdue invoices, assist users with correct purchase requisition creation and participate in team meetings and share insights.
  • Support new projects alongside the Procurement Specialist and stay updated through relevant training.

Jouw profiel

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting with a minimum 3 years in accounting.
  • Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office. Organized, able to meet deadlines, stress-resistant. Independent worker with analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English and French or Dutch.

What’s in it for you?

  • Our client is looking for a temporary junior financial specialist for their finance department.
  • As a bilingual accountant (French & English or Dutch & English), you will assist them for a period of 3 months (with a real possibility of extension).
  • This is a full-time role, with 2 office days per week and 3 remote workdays.
  • You are a freelancer or willing to work as a Harvey Nash Consultant on our payroll
