Accountant

For a big chemical player, located in Diegem near the Airport, we are looking for an allround accountant. The Accountant will be responsible for:

You will be part of an accounting team of 3 people. Your tasks will consist of the following:

• Booking of invoices (AP and AR) in SAP
• Follow up on payments
• Prepare the yearly audit
• Prepare the monthly and yearly closings
• Assist with VAT declarations

When you are fully up and running in your tasks, you have the possibility to grow and get more responsibilities.

Profile:

• You have a degree in accounting
• You can prove minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in Belgian accounting
• You are looking for a long term engagement
• You speak fluently English, and you have a knowledge of Dutch or French as well
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus, but no must
• You are motivated, loyal and eager to learn
