Treasurer Austria Benelux Germany

based in Wavre (Belgium) or alternatively in Herzogenrath/Stolberg (Germany) We are looking for a Treasurer to join our regional Treasury team that serves as intermediary between the Group entities located in Austria, Benelux and Germany on the one side and the central Treasury team and external financial institutions on the other side. We support our internal customers with regard to Treasury related products & services while monitoring that the Treasury rules and guidelines of the Group are followed within our scope. In a perfect world you have a university degree and a professional experience, whether short or long, in the field of Treasury are fluent in English, while Dutch, French or German are more than welcome are both a true team player and customer orientated have strong communication skills and enjoy to interact with internal & external stakeholders in an international environment are an accurate, efficient, pro-active, autonomous and goal-orientated person like process orientated work and feel comfortable with a framework of procedures and internal control requirements have a keen interest in - Treasury - IT systems are good at project management have some affinity for topics such as accounting/finance/controlling/legal/tax. Our Treasury position offers recurrent tasks - especially cash management, FX management, Treasury reporting, day-to-day management of financial products & services, day-to-day management of Treasury related IT questions project work such as tenders for financial products & services, the Treasury integration of acquired companies and the design of the continually evolving Treasury IT landscape monitoring and management of the financing structure of the Group entities within our scope implementation, management and documentation of efficient, state of the art and secure processes, workflows, and IT tools constant interaction with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders relationship management with banks and other financial institutions. While all of us have at least a basic insight into the full range of ongoing topics each Treasurer has some focus points (dedicated companies, dedicated banks, projects, …) and acts as backup for selected topics.
