Leading and professionalizing the M&A activities within Companions; Overseeing and creating legal documentation for our M&A activities, including letters of intent, NDAs, SPAs, shareholders agreements, escrow and loan agreements, and executive employment contracts; Managing governance and corporate documentation; Consulting and reporting on external law firm collaborations. Providing legal assistance to portfolio companies, potentially with external specialists, including drafting and negotiating key commercial, privacy, IT and employment agreements and documentation. Hold a master's degree in law; Have an excellent academic track record; Have 5 to 7 years of experience in M&A or corporate law Have proven record time & project management skills, including directing other parties involved in transactions. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills; Are proactive, and a bridge-builder, seeking compromise and leveraging your empathetic capabilities to facilitate deals; Are results-driven and motivated to go the extra mile; Seek a steep career path, with the opportunity to grow into a C-executive role; Want to achieve maximum impact and are hands-on; Work in a structured approach, and have the flexibility to quickly adapt; Are an out-of-the-box thinker; Are fluent in both spoken and written Dutch and English, French is a plus.
