For our headquarters in Lembeke we are looking for an Senior Corporate Commercial Controller. In this role you are a member of the Corporate Finance team and act as a trusted sparring partner for the Area Finance Controllers. You have exposure to the business in a growing, multinational setting, requiring close collaboration with key stakeholders across the Group.

• You manage, develop and improve the commercial controlling and reporting processes for the Lotus Bakeries Group.
• You develop, maintain & train the local Area Finance Controllers/Managers in the commercial methodologies and processes.
• You are the “go-to” person for all commercial controlling questions related to pricing and cost to serve data. Next to managing these international stakeholders, you also direct one Corporate Commercial Controller.
• You prepare, analyze and deliver on-time accurate commercial insights towards EXCO and the Board of Directors.
• You support and analyze the yearly price risk analyses of the Group.
• You are also responsible for the working capital analysis of the group and making recommendations and discuss with the areas.
• You follow-up on financial results of dedicated areas and participate in monthly result reviews with the areas.
• You execute together with the internal auditor commercial audits throughout the group to ensure consistency of reporting within the Group and to assess compliance with our internal policies.
• You report directly to the Corporate Controlling & Auditing Director.

Jouw profiel

• You have a master's degree in a relevant, economic or finance-based study field, combined with 7-10 years of experience as (commercial) controller or external auditor.
• You have a strong urge to understand and analyze the business drivers behind the numbers.
• You have great communication skills that allow you to tailor your communication to your audience.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English and are open to travel from time to time.
• You have an advanced knowledge of Excel, experience in SAP and BI is considered a plus.

• De onregelmatigheden of onjuistheden die werden vastgesteld tijdens onderzoeken of controles identificeren en bekendmaken
• De financiële risico's (beheer van activa en passiva, markt, krediet) van een organisatie opvolgen (voorzieningen voor kosten, uitstaande bedragen, ...)
• Richtlijnen voorstellen en invoeren bij herstelplannen, reorganisatieplannen, herstructureringsplannen, ... en de opvolging ervan realiseren
• De methodes en procedures voor boekhoudkundige controle bepalen of invoeren
  Hun toepassing controleren en aanpassingen voorstellen
• Intern gerealiseerde noteringen valideren (productiekost, ...)
  Overzichtstabellen opstellen voor de analyse van de resultaten
