Finance Coordinator

We are actively looking for a Finance Coordinator for one of our client active in the manufacturing company and located around Ghent.

This American company has multiple production sites in North and South America, Europe and Asia. Despite their international presence and dazzling success, our client maintains a human approach and flat hierarchy worthy of an SME.

This position is brand-new! The finance team is today composed of a Finance Manager and a Finance Coordinator responsible for all and optimization and business controlling responsibilities. Since most of the EMEA entities report to the Belgian office, our partner wishes to integrate a second professional to ensure the coordination of all reporting procedures as well as the harmonization of IT tools between countries.

• Support the subsidiaries in their financial management
• Participate in the preparation of the consolidation with the support of the team
• Review and analyze reporting and make adjustments
• Perform and support financial and profitability analysis
• Support the ongoing IT harmonization projects

• Degree in Finance, Economy or Sciences Management
• At least 4 years of experience in Financial/Business Controlling
• You speak Dutch and English fluently
• You are someone convincing and communicative
• You are hands-on and autonomous
• You roll up your sleeves when needed and you get things done
• You are precise and accurate
