Function:

As an KM Agency Helpdesk Assistant you are providing support and technical aid to team members while assisting the KM Agency Developer & Network Coordinator and the KM Agency department across various tasks.

Primary ResponsibilKM Agencyies:

  • Act as the inKM Agencyial point of contact to address queries via KM Agency tickets, chat, email, phone, or in-person interactions.
  • Diagnose, investigate, and resolve hardwareandsoftwareissues.
  • Escalate unresolved problems to appropriate resources if unable to resolve independently.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates, patches, and backups.
  • MonKM Agencyor system performance and promptly address alerts or emerging issues.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control.
  • Configure and deploy new devices for users.
  • Troubleshoot hardware problems and coordinate necessary repairs or replacements.
  • InKM Agencyiate contact wKM Agencyh KM Agency suppliers, comparing prices and ordering new equipment as required.
  • Maintain an inventory of hardware assets.
  • Prepare user workstations, ensuring proper setup including computers, monKM Agencyors, keyboards, docking stations, and cable management.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for common issues.
  • Provide KM Agency induction training for new employees.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for users on KM Agency tools, applications, and best practices.
  • Assist wKM Agencyh KM Agency projects such as software upgrades, hardware migrations, and system integrations.
  • Offer technicalsupport throughout project planning, execution, and testing phases.

Profile:

The requested qualifications for this job include:

  • Proficiency in M⚠, Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Intune, and Windows OS.
  • Understanding of KM Agency securKM Agencyy principles.
  • Strong communicationskills and patience when assisting users.
  • AbilKM Agencyy to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users.
  • Proficient in wrKM Agencyten and spoken English.
  • Analytical thinking and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Willingness and abilKM Agencyy for learning new technologies.
  • Experience wKM Agencyh Linux OS, scripting and automating is a plus.
  • FamiliarKM Agencyy wKM Agencyh networking concepts is a nice to have.
