Robert HalfTalent Solutions is currently looking for a Sustainability Associate ESG for a permanent position based in Brussels.

Our client is a fast growing company active in the automotive sector.

As Sustainability Associate ESG you will be responsible for:

• Perform the annual sustainability reporting of the Group. This implies coordinating the collection, verification, and analysis of data related to ESG factors within the Group's businesses, ensuring consistency, accuracy and reliability of information;
• Respond to ESG ratings, including Sustainalytics, MSCI and CDP;
• Liaise with Sustainability teams of the Group's businesses to support the development of their sustainability roadmap;
• Contribute to performing the Group's taxonomy disclosure, in partnership with the Group's and the businesses' financial teams;
• Monitor and report on the Group's ESG-related risks;
• Support the drawing and editing of environmental, social and business ethics-related policies.

The required profile for the Sustainability Associate ESG position:

• Master Diploma in Business engineering, Finance or Sustainability;
• Experience in performing sustainability reporting;
• Fluent in English (oral and written) and good knowledge of French. Dutch is a plus;
• Minimum 3 years professional experience;
• Experience in Corporate sustainability consultancy or audit is a plus;
• Basic knowledge of business management;
• Experience in ESG data management;
• Understanding of the processes aimed to measure and assess a company's carbon footprint;
• Awareness of the EU ESG regulatory environment.
• Editorial skills.
